Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on where you live, shipping may take 3-7 business days to arrive in the US. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping in the U.S., no minimum. International orders ship free over $68.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is the return policy?

At The Lonely Hearts Club, every item is made with care and a whole lot of heart. Since we're a small studio, each piece is part of a limited run—crafted slowly and intentionally. Here’s what you need to know about returns:

Request Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tlhclub.com and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (U.S. Orders Only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Fee

A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

Prepaid Return Label (U.S. Orders Only)

We will provide a prepaid return label to make your return process as smooth as possible. The $5 return fee will still apply and be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

Customers placing international orders must provide their own return shipping label and pay for return shipping costs. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Damages and issues

That’s not the kind of heartbreak we want to cause. If your item shows up damaged, email us at info@tlhclub.com within 24 hours of receiving it, with a photo attached. We’ll make it right with a full refund or replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tlhclub.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to get you your order as fast as we can, which means that if you want to change or cancel your order, email us at info@tlhclub.com as soon as you can. Orders cannot be canceled once packages have been shipped.
